Struggling to lose weight?

Right, no quick fix but here are some ideas to chew over (pardon the pun!)

A glass of water as soon as you wake up (ice cold if you can) helps the body metabolism increase by approx 24% for the next 24hrs

Always mix carbs with protein to balance the effects on your blood sugar levels (the thing that makes you hungry again quicker)

Vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables. These contain nutrients the body needs, not thinks it needs or "you should eat five a day" nonsense. THINGS IT NEEDS PEOPLE! On the flip side, just as full and a fraction of the calories.

Eat breakfast, no debate or excuses on this one. Vital to healthy weight loss.

Don't eat white carbs, especially white bread. It burns up that quickly you may as well not have bothered!
